★ブランドオーナーであるDamian Monsivais氏がすべての工程をたった一人で1920年代製～当時のハットブロック、工具、ツールを使用し、1910－1930年代のパターンにてビンテージミシンを使用しハンドテイラードにて一つ一つLos Angels CALIFORNIAにて製作されています。

Made of Japanese wabash selvedge cotton

The most popular Flat Cap around is the 8/4 crown cap or as many would call it, the 8 piece cap. Popular in the 1910s, 1920s, and 1930s.

Hand tailored from an original pattern on period sewing machines.

Finished with a leather sweatband and steamed on a early 20th century block that gives it the perfect shape.

- Taped seams with partial center lining

I'm a small one man brand
Infatuated with the early 20th century.
I produce hand tailored flat caps using the same cuts of the 1910s-1930s, stitched and constructed using vintage sewing machines and tools.
All proudly made in Los Angeles, California.
